The Teton Valley Ranch Camp property is a 3,000 acre property located in Dubois, Wyoming.

Approximately 1300 acres are forested, and the forest is experiencing an epidemic scale mountain pine beetle infestation together with increased presence of the rust fungus.

Creating Diversity

The objectives of the project have been to reduce fire fuels and to restore forest health by creating a mosaic and diversity of species, ages, and size classes.

Firewise has provided services including the development of a comprehensive forest plan and camp safety plan, as well as the implementation of the plans through timber harvest activities.
